Enkademy Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Enkademy!

The Enkademy Referral Program allows registered Enkademy users (an “Enkademy User”) to earn promotional coupons (“Discount Coupons”) toward future study by referring friends and acquaintances to Enkademy.

To participate, Enkademy Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the Enkademy Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Enkademy Terms of Service.

How to Earn Referral Discount Coupons
Enkademy Users can earn Discount Coupons towards future Enkademy study if a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Enkademy account that complies with our Terms of Service, and makes a purchase of a minimum of ZAR1000.
The referring Enkademy User will be rewarded with a Discount Coupon amount described in the accompanying promotional materials. Users may earn an unlimited number of Discount Coupons per account.

Qualifying Reservation
A Qualifying Reservation must have a total value (excluding service fees) of at least ZAR1000 (or its local currency equivalent, if we support it). It must be paid via the Enkademy platform, and the referred friend must complete the purchase before the Enkademy User can receive Discount Coupons.

Redeeming Discount Coupons
Discount Coupons will be received via email and can be used on the checkout page, and must be used on a reservation within 6 months from the date they are issued. After 6 months, the Discount Coupons will expire. Discount Coupons have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Termination and Changes
Enkademy may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Discount Coupons if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Enkademy Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service.

Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Enkademy.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
The referral’s local currency equivalent credit amount will be calculated using a system-wide rate, known as the base exchange rate, for currency conversion using data from one or more third parties, such as OANDA. We regularly update the base exchange rate, but it may not be identical to the real-time market rate.
